I wish I had done this course as university student and before working as my work involves documents. I would also send high school kids to it. Very valuable tips delivered in a practical way. Hard to do without taking notes if manual not given at time of course. The content comes quickly. Ben was very interesting and made it entertaining. He was patient with questions and offered extra tips and advice.

I really enjoyed this course. The skills were taught in a logical way and were very beneficial. Each topic introduced built on the previous ones. It was a very information rich two days so it will take me some time and practice to digest the information but I feel I have been given the tools to do so. I would recommend this course to others
