How to make a booking

Before you start...

If possible, have the names of the training participants handy (you can supply these closer to the training date if necessary).
Please read our booking terms and conditions prior to placing your booking.

1. Choose your software training

• Browse our full range of individual training courses schedule or our great value training packages.
• Choose a date that suits you.

2. Book your training course or package

• Complete our online booking process.
• Book as many courses and training packages as you like
• Provide the name, address and contact details of the booking contact
• If training participant names are not known, simply select 'TBA'

3. Payment details

• Payment is not required at the time of booking.
• A tax invoice will be emailed to the nominated booking contact as soon as a booking is submitted
• Payment must be received within 14 days from the booking date or before commencement of training, whichever is earlier.
• Bookings are provisional until payment is received
• We accept all major credit cards, cheque and direct deposit
